Mobio’s internal tech stack. Part 1

I’d like to tell you about the technology stack that we use in Mobio. Asana — one love since 2014. Google G-suite has just always been. Slack with a difficult fate, but now with us. Notion is the breakout of 2021. CRM Hubspot is a pride, we have finally set up, 8 year way.

Analytics Slack

We started using Slack back in 2017, but only in the free version. In 2019, we fell to Telegram and after six months of suffering, we regained our sight and finally took the full version of Slack. How paltry this is to pay for the value the team received. In the world of remote work, asynchronous communication is vital. Additional seconds to create zoom calls, calendar events, new groups and topics for communication are critical for business.

We have channels by project, by department, by topic, by client, by message type (updates). A well-thought-out logic of notifications, when you can be aware of important topics, but go through detail only at will (Threads). We add all clients and partners who have Slack to our space (Slack Connect). We adhere to the channel naming logic, which makes it much easier to work with them.

My top functions:
1. creating a zoom-call directly in the chat, immediately to all participants of this channel
2. channels with updates, where only thematic updates arrive. For example, receivables from finance or moving deals through the CRM pipeline
3. Native integrations with Google, Hubspot CRM, Asana and everything else you can think of.
