Continuing the topic of corporate software, I have not yet mentioned services for signing documents and storing passwords. In Mobio we are using SignRequest and TeamPassword.

Before TeamPassword, we used LastPass for a long time, I can’t say that it was convenient. A rather confusing scheme for the differentiation of rights, it was necessary to constantly create some groups, then the service raised the price and this was the last straw for us to start looking for an alternative.

TeamPassword is simple and convenient, there is a mobile application and a plugin for Chrome, reasonable subscription cost. To sign documents, in addition to SignRequest, I also use the free ProntoSign application. It does not contain document exchange functionality, it is a utility for working with PDF, it is very convenient through a mobile application. I am very glad that more and more companies in the Russian Federation agree to use eSign, it is very convenient. There is no point in signing paper versions. By the way, if anyone did not know, seals on documents are not a mandatory requirement for contracts in Russia.

Heard about PandaDoc, share your experience of use, does it make sense to test it?
